I choose to not accept payment from insurance companies because I do not want insurance to direct the length or type of care I provide. However, I am considered to be an out-of-network provider, and your insurance may cover part or all of the cost of my services.  I can give you documentation to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursment. Please contact your insurance provider to ask about your out-of-network benefits. Please note that I cannot guarantee that part or all of my services are covered by your insurance.  It is your responsibility to submit documentation to the insurance provider if seeking reimbursement for services.
